The place

House built in the 20's, maintaining the architecture of that time. We have more than 20 years of experience in this business, guaranteeing security, quality and hygiene, making available to you 2 rooms, each one with a private bathroom. One of them has an interior terrace with a wonderful view to the 11th Street, the other has a double bed, good ventilation, a mini bar and air conditioning.

The guest will have the possibility to enjoy all the spaces of the house: living room, dining room, also terraces where we offer drinks and snacks.

Central points of the capital are five minutes away from the house's location.

We can give you laundry service and breakfast. These are not included in the room's pricing.
