The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a large balcony with panoramic view to Avenida 23. Total privacy for guests, who can use all areas of this.

We prefer to provide total independence to our guests, but if you need our help, we are always available. In addition we have a person in charge of cleaning and maintenance, which although not residing in the apartment, is always available to assist guests in what they need, advice or suggestions of any kind. His name is Jorge, is also in charge of receiving our guests upon arrival to our apartment. Jorge does not speak much English but he manages to establish communication perfectly.
